The Rochester Folk Art Guild Pottery is showcasing new Ceramic work by Emma Silverstein. The exhibition will take place at the East Hill Gallery in Middlesex, New York, from April 19 to April 27, 2024.

Please join us for the exhibition’s Opening Reception on Friday, April 19, at 5pm at East Hill Gallery. This event is free and open to the public. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Silverstein and other Guild artists, enjoy light refreshments, and get a pre-season view of the East Hill Gallery. The Gallery will be open to April 19-21 and April 26-28 from 12pm to 5pm, or by appointment.

Emma's work features clay vessels and sculptural scenes shaped with her fingers, offering visitors a unique glimpse into her creative process. Striding, dancing, wondering, somehow the figurines, with their minimal features, capture a relatable complexity of feeling.
